Manufacturing by full truck load or small batches from 1 ton upwards. Our micro-dosing unit (52 cells) enables us to flexibly automate the production of the recipes that we develop.

Two mixing/pelleting lines dedicated to different formula types. 3x8 production, which improves responsiveness and lead times.
Our recognised and tested quality processes
The quality system in place since 2001 ensures hygiene, traceability and safety of feed in compliance with international standards. Using primarily local raw materials and co-products is part of our DNA. ARC Nutrition takes part in projects implemented by the inter-branch organisation: sustainability and calculation of the environmental impacts of raw materials, waste management, good energy practices and security.
